Just rented here. Not only gorgeous apartments, but an exceptional view of the Intracoastal. The ocean is directly across the street. The office staff could not have been more informational, warm, and welcoming. I plan to be very happy in my new home.

We love everything about 1333 South Ocean and highly recommend it. Jason, the assistant manager, is fantastic and very responsive. The property and amenities are exquisite as well as the upkeep and maintenance.

I have lived here since it opened, the staff has been great, and continues to do an amazing job. I have just renewed my lease, and look forward to another great year. If you are considering renting here I just would like to say that this is not a hotel, it’s a big house that we all share in a beautiful location. Residents need to do their part in keeping the property in perfect condition.

What a beautiful place to live. Property has great amenities and is very well maintained. Gym, pool, clubhouse are some of the nicest and are always sparkling clean. Property had lots of lounge space, is very dog friendly and it is located across the street from the beach. I have lived here for few months now and I absolutely love it. Apartments are very spacious with beautiful finishes and appliances. Management is a pleasure to work with and they make moving process a breeze.
